D arth Vader. This figure is from the Star Wars Legions wargame from Fantasy Flight Games. He was the first model from the starter set that I painted as he was the most simple to get done. For those that don't know Legion is a 28mm scale set.

T he Imperial Army can be found on a myriad of posts, planets and systems across the galaxy. Here we see two soldiers and a stormtrooper somewhere on the planet of Eureka.

I picked up the files to print these guys from Wake's Emporium on Shapeways. He put up some free files on Thingiverse. I increased their size to 10mm for better print quality on my Ender3. They came out well and painted up good. First stormtroopers in cold weather gear reporting for duty.

W elcome to Vader's Fist... This is a Star Wars miniature wargames blog. I intend to conduct battles in miniature in two scales from two sources. 10mm 3D Prints or what I will call Epic Legion and 28mm Star Wars Legion by Fantasy Flight Games. The 10mm printed models will be for grand tactical battles. Perhaps I can integrate the 28mm Legion skirmish battles into the outcome of the bigger battle being fought. I will also have supplement the 28mm Legion with 3D prints as well. Now aside from battles I also dabble with what I call "Combat Toy Photography." I post these on Instagram but will share the Star Wars relevant photographs here too. I hope my blog is entertaining and perhaps informative to the Star Wars wargame community and that it grows with each year. However it is foremost, a tool to record my Star Wars miniature hobby and campaigns.
